God uses Gideon’s internal weakness of character and external weakness of circumstance to bring glory to Himself by miraculously defeating the Midianites with only 300 men. This reminds us that Christ’s power is made perfect in weakness, whether that weakness comes from our own lack of faith or from the difficulties in our lives.
