MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) is a program designed & led by mothers with children ages 0-5. It’s a place for friendship, authentic community, and support. A MOPS meeting includes practical teaching through speakers, demonstrations, small groups, and videos. Plus, hot coffee, tea, and breakfast snacks. Childcare is provided!
But more important, you’ll get to have honest conversations with other moms who understand the joys of motherhood!

Have you ever gotten to the end of a week, month or year and thought, “How did I get here? Where has the time gone?” It happens in our parenting, friendships, marriage and work. But let’s think about the small choices that will get us where we actually want to be. Areas of focus are:
