Voting Items
Members in attendance will have two items to vote on: Vestry member election and a minor procedural amendment to the By-Laws regarding the Annual Meeting date. An Absentee Ballot for Vestry member election was e-mailed to those who are unable to attend and requested a ballot (By-Law amendments can only be voted on when attending in person per section 18.1 of the By-Laws.)
