Facility Rentals

Christ Church Fox Chapel offers rentals in our Parish Hall and the Meeting House.

The Parish Hall

The Parish Hall is the perfect space for receptions, parties and banquets for up to 175 people, or seminars/speaking events of up to 350. The room has a drop-down projection screen, a modular stage that can be configured to your specifications, high ceilings and ample space to allow for various setups. The adjacent commercial kitchen is available upon request for you or your caterer to utilize (a $20/hr fee applies when using the equipment to prepare a meal.)

Pricing:
$100/hour for non-members
$75/hour for non-profit organizations
$50/hour for members*


The Meeting House

The Meeting House is just the right size for smaller, more intimate events. There are two spaces available: The Tyndale Chapel and The Lord’s Dojo. There is also a small kitchen available.

The Lord’s Dojo can accommodate up to 60 for a seated event, and 125 for non-seated events. There is a large-screen television that can be used for projection.

The Tyndale Chapel has two connected rooms, the Chapel and the Meeting Room. The Chapel has a high ceiling skylights, and can hold up to 65 people for non-seated events. The Meeting Room is slightly larger, with a capacity of 88 people. There is a large-screen television that can be used for projection.
The combined capacity for a seated event is 80.

Pricing:
Pricing listed is the fee for either the Chapel or the Dojo. If both rooms are required, the fee applies to both spaces.
$75/hour for non-members
$50/hour for non-profit organizations
$25/hour for members*

* this rate also applies to any non-profit organization that a CCFC member belongs to. The member must make the inquiry. There is no charge for personal events for members (i.e. birthday parties or family gatherings.)

(Note: you must download the form and open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader to be able to submit it electronically. You can also e-mail it as an attachment to the Office.)
